About the Role
We are seeking a skilled
Data Analyst
with a background in
Vocational Rehabilitation (VR)
to support the State of Hawaii Department of Human Services, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). The role focuses on improving financial reporting accuracy to the Federal Government and building sustainable data integrity and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and reconcile State of Hawaii DVR financial data to ensure alignment with federal reporting requirements.
- Identify root causes of reporting discrepancies and collaborate with DVR leadership to improve data entry and tracking procedures.
Qualifications
- 3 years
of professional data analysis experience. - 3 years
of experience in Vocational Rehabilitation, such as: - State VR
- Workers Compensation
- Forensic VR
- Veteran's Administration Employment Services
Preferred Technical Skills
- Familiarity with:
- Alliance Enterprises
- FAMS / Datamart
- CAPS / HI-CAP
- Experience building and maintaining Tableau reports or similar data visualization tools.

Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
