Location: Rosedale Office Building Department: Tal Mgmt/Human Resources Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Senior Benefits Analyst (“Senior Analyst”) is a key member of the Human Resources Benefits Team and has shared accountability for the success of the unction. The Senior Analyst provides analytical and operations support to the benefits group and administers the health and welfare plans, including medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, disability, flexible spending and retirement plans. The Senior Analyst is an individual contributor, subject matter expert who routinely collaborates with external vendors, suppliers, as well as internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide guidance and answer questions related to health and welfare concerns. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field from an accredited institution of higher learning required.
