Employee Relations Rep, Senior

Location: Rosedale Office Building Department: Tal Mgmt/Human Resources Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: As a Cook Children's Employee Relations Representee, Senior, you will be responsible for assisting the Employee Relations Manager and Director in meeting the employee relations needs of the organization. You will gather information, maintain data and prepare reports for various employee relations projects, i.e. Affirmative Action, JCAHO, Texas Workforce Commission, et cetera. Also, you will work with managers and employees to assist with issues, as they arise. Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources with the majority of work in Employee Relations Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Federal, State and local laws and regulations affecting employees.
