CCG is a fast-growing specialized 3PL company that helps brands deliver quality at scale. We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our second shift team through material movement, pick-pack, and decoration operations.
You’ll manage small, dedicated crews that keep our warehouse running smoothly—especially during our high-volume Q4 season. This role is perfect for a strong people leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and uses technology to stay organized and drive results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead second shift warehouse operations (material movement, pick pack, and product decoration.)
- Manage and develop small teams; promote accountability, quality, and safety.
- Walk the floor to drive quality output.
- Track performance using warehouse systems and digital tools.
- Deliver against key performance indicators
- Partner with day shift managers and production teams to keep workflows seamless.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and high-performing environment.
- Support planning and staffing for seasonal peaks.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
- Strong communicator and team motivator.
- Tech-savvy—comfortable using WMS, spreadsheets, Power BI, and other digital tools.
- Knowledge of print or product decoration is a plus.
- Reliable, organized, and ready to lead from the floor.
