CCG is looking for a Production Coordinator to support the hub connecting our estimating, planning, print, production, decoration, and fulfillment teams, along with outside production partners—making sure every order runs clean, on time, and on budget.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate jobs across internal print, production, and fulfillment teams.
- Manage communication and timelines with outsourced vendors and suppliers.
- Create and track inbound staging orders, shipments, and materials.
- Enter and update orders in our systems with accuracy and speed.
- Generate shipping labels and coordinate outbound shipments.
- Pull and share daily tracking and production reports.
- Communicate directly with internal stakeholders and clients when needed.
- Support billing and order closing based on purchase orders.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or relevant work experience).
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel Outlook especially).
- Sharp organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
