As a Head Teller, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional banking experiences for our customers. What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise the Teller team, assigning daily responsibilities and overseeing performance.
- Handle personnel tasks including scheduling, approving timesheets, conducting interviews, and completing performance reviews.
- Ensure accurate processing of deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions in line with bank policies.
- Maintain compliance through routine audits and adherence to procedures.
- Manage branch cash operations, including vault and ATM balancing and currency orders.
- Foster a positive, growth-oriented environment through clear communication and effective delegation.
- Support customers and team members with professionalism and care.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Or three years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least two years of customer service experience.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, team-focused mindset with a knack for motivating others.
