Job Description:
CCD Service Plus is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to support our growing service team along the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast.
This is a key role within our company. The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating daily service operations, communicating with customers, and ensuring our technicians are scheduled and routed efficiently.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has prior experience dispatching in the service industry (HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, or similar trades).
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch service calls efficiently
- Coordinate technician routes and adjust schedules as needed
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments and updates
- Monitor job progress and maintain an organized service board
- Work closely with technicians and management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle incoming calls and provide professional customer service
Requirements:
- Prior dispatching experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, or similar trades (Required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload
- Excellent communication skills (phone and written)
- Proficient with computers and scheduling software
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with service management software (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar)
- Strong understanding of technician routing and service workflows
