Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled trade work in one or more of the following specialties:
- Waterproof Coatings
- Roofing Systems
- Concrete Form to Finish
- Rough Framing & Carpentry
- Painting & Caulking
- Stucco and Building Envelope
- Work independently and as part of a crew on active job sites
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow tradespeople
Requirements:
- Journeyman-level experience in a skilled trade (construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or related field)
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and relevant trade equipment
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required
