Responsibilities:
Primary duties and responsibilities include:- Mowing and edging lawns and other public areas.
- Maintaining comfort stations and emptying trash receptacles
- Raking leaves, removing weeds and other debris from public areas.
- Assisting with minor woodworking and plumbing maintenance and repairs.
- Operating light duty motor vehicles: e.g., pickup trucks/sedans, flatbed trucks, etc.to transport passengers, equipment and materials to and from work sites.
- Taking proper care of tools and equipment used for work assignments.
- Adhering to all safety standards and procedures due to the nature of the work, the types of tools and equipment used, and the weight of objects handled.
- Performing other related duties as assigned within this job classification.
