- Hourly Range: $20 to $23 (based on experience)
- 40 hrs./5-day work week (Monday - Saturday)
- Candidates should be able to work two Saturdays per month

Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Welcome customers, answer phones & help create an outstanding first impression.
- Assist with design ideas, product samples, estimates & customer quotes.
- Learn about flooring products & guide customers toward the best solutions for their needs.
- Build rapport with customers & educate them on product options, care & warranties.
- Keep customer information organized, process payments, schedule follow-ups & provide updates throughout each project.
- Support daily showroom operations including desk schedules, displays, up-tracking & service issues.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized & inviting for every customer.
- Participate in ongoing training to build your product knowledge & sales skills.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
- Ability to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED)
- 1 years' work experience in Retail Sales or Client Services a plus but not required
- Fundamental tech, social media & math skills
- Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business
- Quick to help customers get what they need
- Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
- Personal & professional judgment
- Organizational skills & the flexibility to pivot from priority to priority
- Time management skills & detailed oriented
- Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Flooring or design experience is a plus but not required — we're happy to train the right person!
