Receptionist – Accounting Office & Equine Veterinary Scheduling
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. This role is unique in that it supports both our accounting office and an equine veterinary practice. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments for accounting clients and equine veterinary visits
- Manage calendars and coordinate with staff for efficient scheduling
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, etc.)
- Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality
- Provide general office support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working with both business and veterinary clients
Schedule & Compensation:
- 36 hours per week, Monday–Thursday 8AM-4PM & Fridays (8AM-12PM)
- (occasional flexibility as needed)
