Join us as we continue to set the standard for luxury across every touchpoint Impact You Can Create at Chanel Bring Chanel’s creative vision to life across boutiques windows in Hong Kong & Macau To drive and translate global creative concepts into high-quality, refined window designs for every campaign launch Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of Window Décor production- from initial rendering, décor development and installations Develop and implement global & regional window design guidelines to ensure consistent, high-level execution across all locations To lead and drive the CSR road map in alignment with global and local priorities; oversee material sourcing, recycling and circularity initiatives, while collaborating with partners on material dismantling and sustainability reporting Manage compliance risks and execute regulatory requirements for all vendors and suppliers, ensuring all window installations adhere to brand, safety, and operational standards across all boutiques Responsibilities: Installation Management: Oversee end-to end window décor installation projects, tailoring global window guidelines to fit local boutique architecture and to ensure a seamless balance between creative vision and brand identity 360 Collaborative Partnership: Build meaningful partnerships with VM teams, and other internal departments - including retail, boutique facilities, boutique architecture, procurement, and sustainability- to deliver a unified, high-quality brand image & client experience Vendor Partnership: Cultivate strong relationships with local vendors to deliver premium craftmanship, high quality production and timely execution Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Direct the planning and budget allocation for all seasonal window displays and boutique décor to ensure financial and creative objective are met Procurement & Vendor Excellence: Partner with the procurement team to lead vendor selection, negotiate competitive contracts and optimize service agreements Circular Economy Initiatives: Implement and track metrics for waste reduction, focusing on the “Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle” framework to ensure all installations align with our commitment to circularity Sustainability & CSR Advocacy: Champion the brand’s CSR vision by maintaining close collaboration with internal & external partners to minimize the environmental impact of window décor, VM animation and event props Role Specifications: Academic / Professional Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Interior Design/ Product Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design/Visual Merchandising or related discipline Required Competencies Proven experience in Window Décor design, Event production or related creative field Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work independently A dynamic, creative, self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of urgency Strong organizational & coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns & timelines Strong track record in conceptualizing and developing VM display windows Proficient in SketchUp (3D Modeling), V-Ray (3D Rendering), Adobe Photoshop (Image Mock-ups) Adobe lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro & AutoCAD Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese At CHANEL, we are focused on creating an inclusive culture that nurtures personal growth, contributing to collective progress.
