Description of Position:
Local independent insurance agency is looking for a full-time Insurance Consultant/ Customer Service Representative to join our team. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Responsibilities & Abilities
- Maintain and manage client relationships (collect client information, issue change requests and certificates, create proposals, process client payments)
- Report and maintain claims correspondence
- Keep organized records in accordance to company standards and workflows
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, Accord Forms, and Applied Epic
- Must hold Property and Casualty insurance license
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Candidate must be friendly and courteous
