What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care, treatment, medication, and rehabilitation support in clients’ homes
- Participate in pre-admission assessments and assist with care plans
- Offer triage support and guidance for changes in medical status
- Promote comfort, independence, and quality of life for clients
Qualifications
- Current Michigan RN or LPN license
- Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing
- 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Home care, residential, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience a plus
