Lead Seamstress / Cushion Department Lead, CC Patio
30-day review with a possible raise · Full-time, Mon–Fri 7am–4pm
Love making beautiful things with your hands? At CC Patio we build custom outdoor furniture, and our cushions are what people remember. We're looking for a warm, organized, hands-on leader to run our cushion department and make it even better.
What you'll do
- Lead and support a friendly team of seamstresses, cutters and fillers
- Cut fabric, and sew too: you'll be at the machine, not just the clipboard
- Organize the day's work, hand out jobs and keep orders moving on time
- Spot bottlenecks early and clear them
- Train new team members and help everyone grow
- Bring ideas: how can we make cushions faster without giving up quality?
You'll shine here if you have
- Sewing experience on industrial machines
- Confident piping and zipper installation. This is a must.
- Upholstery or boxed-cushion experience
- Experience leading or training others
- Comfort reading cut lists and measurements
- Flexibility for schedule changes and overtime when needed (paid at 1.5×)
- A positive, can-do attitude and pride in clean, beautiful work
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Experience:
- Sewing: 5 years (Required)
