THE ROLE
This is a relationship-first role. We are looking for someone who comes to us with an existing network in pharma and biotech, and who knows how to turn warm connections into real conversations. You will bring the right people to the conversation and collaborate with our team as relationships develop.
The level and title will reflect your experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Leverage existing industry relationships to generate introductions and early-stage conversations with pharma and biotech clients
• Proactively identify and pursue new contacts across brand, medical affairs, and procurement at target organizations
• Open doors and create opportunities for CC Ford Group leadership to engage
• Stay plugged into the market and bring relevant intelligence back to the team
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 7 or more years of experience in medical communications or a related pharma services environment
• An established network of contacts in pharma and biotech that you can activate
• A genuine relationship builder who stays in touch, follows through, and earns trust over time
• Comfortable working independently in a smaller agency environment
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence that resonates with both commercial and medical affairs audiences
• Curious about science and the therapeutic areas we serve, you do not need to be an expert, but you need to be engaged
