Caribou Team Members
Primary Responsibilities:
Greet and chat with our guests
Create a positive and energetic atmosphere for every guest
Develop personal ongoing relationships with regular guests
Prepare beverages and serve food products according to Caribou’s policies and procedures
Stock and organize store merchandise
Ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained at all times
Take guest orders and efficiently ring sales using the POS system
Manage cash drawers and follow all cash handling policies and procedures

- Grow sales by delivering top-quality products, service, and surroundings, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Control operating expenses such as supplies and services, while ensuring proper upkeep of the store and equipment.
- Minimizes loss through strict observance of cash handling policies, proper training of team members, and compliance with all accounting requirements.
- Recruit, hire, and train Team Members and Shift Supervisors to always offer excellent service.
- Lead by example, dividing time equally among Team Members and guests.
- Provide ongoing development for team members, shift supervisors, and other food managers, providing encouraging feedback and guidance.
- Monitor the performance of each team member and hold them accountable for standards and expectations.
