Tray Cleaning and Inspection Technician

Full-Time | Temporary (4–6 Months) | Day & Night Shifts
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Tray Cleaning and Inspection Technicians to support operations at a manufacturing site in Concord, North Carolina. This role involves high-volume tray processing in a lab environment, ensuring trays meet quality and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect plastic trays for quality and usability
- Clean and sanitize trays according to established procedures
- Recondition trays for reuse
- Sort and segregate trays based on condition and requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
- Follow all safety and lab protocols
Schedule
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Work Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation (12-hour shifts)
Project Duration
Assignment commitment of 4 to 6 months
Must be available for the full duration of the project
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Responsible and punctual
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Comfortable working in a lab/manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 20-25lbs
