6 month Contract to Hire; $140,000 - $150,000 - Hybrid Onsite in Cincinnati, OH preferred
MUST be Proficient in Oracle Cloud technologies (Acct/Fin, Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP, Procurement, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Inventory & AP)
CBTS is searching for a Sr. Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex solutions within the Oracle Cloud platform, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical architectures, ensuring seamless integration with other Oracle Fusion modules and external systems, and staying updated with the latest Oracle module features and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases for system implementations and enhancements; including requirements gathering, cost and resource estimates, functional and technical designs and configurations, prototypes, system development, testing and launch support to ensure successful project outcome.
- Translate business requirements into detailed system architecture for targeted process areas to resolve organizational problems and drive efficiencies.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and manage relationships with business stakeholders, project management and technical teams to communicate solution recommendations and address issues.
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, informing decision making and system improvements.
- Decompose future state goals into executable plans.
- Research, evaluate, and select new technologies to identify best fit.
- Manage relationships, contracts and invoice approvals for vendors and managed service providers.
Education & Experience
- BS/BA or MS/MA/MBA or other graduate degree in related discipline and/or more than 10 years of relevant experience in a related field.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud technologies, including integration tools and APIs for the following work streams:
- Certifications in: Source to Pay, Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP, Procurement, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Inventory & AP
- Also advantageous: Certifications in: Order to Cash – Order Management, Inventory, Global Order Promising
- Experience with large item and transactional data sets
- Educates and onboards internal teams to Oracle Supply Chain Modules.
- Collaborates closely with SI partners and business leaders to shape global design.
- Strong technical skills in data modeling, integration design, and API development.
- Expertise in SQL and Oracle CPQ scripting languages (BML, BMQL) for complex customization requirements.
- JD Edwards E1 experience is a plus.
- Advanced analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in project management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong business operations acumen.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office applications and 365 Teams collaboration tools.
- Travel as required in support of projects and teams.
