Role: Senior ServiceNow APM/CMDB Analyst
Location: Columbus OH
Pay Rate: $65/hr on W2
Duration: 06 Months with Possible extension
The Senior ServiceNow APM / CMDB Analyst is responsible for managing and enhancing ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) capabilities to ensure accurate, governed, and reliable application data across the enterprise. The role partners with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, IT, and business stakeholders to support application lifecycle management, data governance, CMDB modernization, and strategic technology decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain ServiceNow APM and CMDB data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and governance.
- Support application portfolio management, including application onboarding, lifecycle management, rationalization, and retirement.
- Configure and enhance ServiceNow APM/CMDB data models, workflows, and integrations aligned with CSDM and enterprise standards.
- Monitor data quality, perform validation and reconciliation, and drive continuous improvements in CMDB processes.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide insights into application health, cost, risk, and performance.
- Collaborate with IT, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to support governance, compliance, and strategic initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow APM and CMDB.
- Strong understanding of CSDM, ITOM, Enterprise Architecture, and CMDB best practices.
- Experience with application lifecycle management, data governance, integrations/APIs, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Salary : $50 - $60
