What You'll Do
Oracle Cloud Administration & Support
- Serve as the primary administrator for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across Finance, SCM, EPM, and related technologies.
- Manage user provisioning, security roles, approvals, and access controls within Oracle Security Console.
- Configure and maintain key Oracle Financials functionality, including:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Procurement (PO)
- Order Management (OM)
- Inventory (INV)
- Maintain and optimize configurations including account combinations, approval workflows, supplier setup, payment processing, and cash management rules.
EPM Administration
- Support Oracle EPM Planning and related functionality.
- Maintain dimensions, hierarchies, calculations, and business rules.
- Troubleshoot Smart View issues, integration failures, and calculation logic concerns.
- Coordinate escalations and issue resolution with Oracle and external support partners.
Integrations, Reporting & Optimization
- Support Oracle integrations, reporting tools, and data flows across the Oracle ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot integration issues involving SFTP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud applications, and downstream systems.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions using Oracle reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and data integrity across financial applications.
Vendor & Project Management
- Manage and hold external Oracle managed service providers accountable for service delivery and support quality.
- Oversee ticket intake, prioritization, tracking, and resolution processes.
- Maintain enhancement backlogs and coordinate prioritization with business stakeholders.
- Evaluate Oracle quarterly releases and recommend new features and functionality.
Governance, Compliance & Documentation
- Support SOX compliance, audit requests, and internal controls.
- Maintain documentation, testing procedures, process flows, and knowledge repositories.
- Review and approve configuration changes to ensure alignment with governance standards.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity efforts.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
- Strong experience supporting Oracle Financials modules including:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Fixed Assets
- Supplier Management
- Experience supporting Oracle EPM Planning.
- Experience with Oracle reporting and integration technologies such as:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- BI Publisher (BIP)
- OTBI
- Financial Reporting Center (FRC)
- Understanding of invoice processing, approvals, and vendor integrations.
- Knowledge of SOX controls and financial system governance.
- Experience troubleshooting integrations and data processes.
- Strong SQL and relational database experience.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud Financials certifications.
- Experience supporting restaurant, retail, hospitality, or other multi-unit organizations.
- Experience in publicly traded companies.
- Experience supporting multi-state operations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
