Business Process Analyst(no third party, only W2, onsite)

Job Description:

Pay Rate: $45/hour - $50/hour

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with 10 years or more.
• Proven experience in business process analysis and documentation.
• Strong understanding of process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across divisions.
• Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and documentation software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [specific industry or sector relevant to the organization] with a large organization..
• Certification in Business Process Management (BPM) or related field.
