- Salary range $75000.00-$110000.00 (depending on licensure and experience)

- We have dedicated support staff who handle billing and payment collection. Additionally, they perform essential yet non-billable clinical and administrative functions that comprise the infrastructure needed to allow you to focus on your clinical work.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy to child and adolescent clients and serve on the intensive outpatient treatment team.
- Develop and update treatment plans for clients on your caseload, and maintain those current plans.
- Complete all required written documentation, such as progress notes and group therapy notes, promptly.
- Lead/co-lead our child-focused programs.
- Participate in an interdisciplinary team, weekly didactics, staff meetings, and case consultations
- Participating in the supervisory activities related to the training of practicum students and trainees
- Collaborate, innovate, and contribute to our supportive clinical community
- If applying for the staff role, you must be independently licensed. Post-doctoral applicants will be considered if eligible for MA licensure
- Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, PsyD, LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC
- Knowledge of and previous experience working with clients who suffer from OCD and/or Anxiety Disorders
- Strong mastery of ERP and CBT theory
- Must work with children from the ages of 5 to 12 years old, in addition to adolescents
- Willingness to learn, comfortable with modeling, living with uncertainty
- Experience providing supervision preferred
- Strong communication and time-management skills
Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
