Architect, build, and own the enterprise data platform with a primary focus on Microsoft Fabric, ensuring scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric including ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and optimization.
Own and manage the Power BI reporting environment, including semantic models, datasets, governance, and performance optimization.
Lead the organization’s efforts to make data AI-ready, including defining standards for data quality, semantic modeling, governance, and enablement for downstream use by Copilot, AI agents, and ML/AI systems.
Define and implement enterprise-wide data modeling standards, governance frameworks, and metadata management.
Partner closely with product, analytics, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure data architecture directly supports business priorities.
Lead and mentor data engineers, setting technical direction and enforcing best practices across delivery.
Continuously evaluate and adopt modern Microsoft and Azure data capabilities to improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Own the strategic direction enterprise data platform and drive execution of the long-term data roadmap.
