We are currently building our team for the upcoming 2026 school year and are seeking licensed therapists and assistants across multiple disciplines.
Disciplines We Are Hiring
Speech-Language Pathology: SLPs (CCC or CFY) and SLP-As
Occupational Therapy: OTs and COTAs
Physical Therapy: PTs and PT-As
Core Responsibilities
Assessment & Evaluation: Screen, evaluate, and diagnose students to determine eligibility for therapy services (Therapist roles).
Treatment & Intervention: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy sessions to students individually or in small groups based on their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, administrators, and special education teams to integrate therapy goals into the classroom setting.
IEP Management: Write measurable IEP goals, track student progress, and participate in multidisciplinary IEP meetings.
Supervision & Support: Provide clinical supervision to licensed assistants (SLP-As, COTAs, PTAs) where applicable, ensuring compliant and effective care.
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate Degree in corresponding discipline (SLP, OT, PT) OR Associate's/Bachelor's Degree for Assistant roles (SLPA, COTA, PTA).
Valid State Professional License/Certification in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain).
For SLPs: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Years (CFY) are highly welcome to apply!
Prior experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred, but not required.
