We are currently seeking a part-time, enthusiastic, and compassionate Theater Instructor to lead an after-school program for elementary/middle school students. This is a fun and meaningful opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with kids and want to make a positive impact through creative arts.
What You’ll Do:
- Teach after-school theater classes for elementary/middle school students
- Lead engaging lessons focused on acting, movement, storytelling, and self-expression
- Support students’ confidence, communication, and social skills through theater activities
- Direct short performances or showcases as part of the program
- Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
- Build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff
Schedule & Commitment:
- 2 hours per week, Fridays from 4-6 pm
- The production is scheduled to be performed in May, serving as a culminating showcase of the students’ work and progress.

- Has reliable transportation
- Can commit to a short production in May
Experience:
- Theater, performing arts, education, or youth work experience required
