What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Streaming Producer (CBS Sports HQ) position at CBS Sports?

The Associate Producer is a self-starter who supports the shows with regards to video and graphics, while taking direction from producers and senior producers. Primary responsibilities include providing guidance over the production assistants in all aspects of production from supervising b-roll & game highlights to creating and coordinating graphical elements.

In addition, the division includes CBS SPORTS NETWORK, the 24-hour cable home of CBS Sports which televises live sports programming throughout the year, including college football and basketball games, UEFA Champions League and Europa League action, Italy's Serie A matches, Concacaf national team competitions, as well as a full slate of original programming and studio coverage.
CBS Sports also delivers an extensive lineup of global soccer coverage on Paramount , including every UEFA club competition match, all Serie A matches as well as Concacaf national team competitions, and produces INSIDE THE NFL for Paramount . CBS Sports Digital's multi-platform offerings include CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports apps for mobile and connected TV devices; the 24/7 streaming sports news network CBS Sports HQ; 247Sports; MaxPreps; CBS Sports fantasy games; and SportsLine.

Responsibilities:
- Build & fire live studio graphics with Ross XPression
- Segment produce shows, podcasts & segments as requested by the Coordinating Producer
- Exercise editorial judgment in selection of content
- Apply knowledge of Inception in building rundowns, formatting and producing shows from control rooms
- Communicate regularly with studio producers and other production contributors to discuss developing news and provide guidance on the presentation of that news within our programming
- A minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in broadcast and digital, producing segments
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere & Ross XPression
- Experience in a control room
- Adept in building a rundown to anticipate the needs of the stream with regards to video, graphics, scripts and other elements
- Ability to handle many projects simultaneously, keeping up in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Time management skills
- Available to work all shifts, including early mornings, weekends, overnights, and holidays
- Superior knowledge of major & minor sport leagues & teams!
