Responsibilities
Experience with liquid food filling equipment (piston fillers, gravity fillers, rotary fillers, etc.)
- Operate liquid food filling machinery with precision, ensuring accurate fill volumes and consistent product quality.
- Perform routine machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize production flow.
- Repairs & Overhauls: Dismantle defective equipment, replace or repair worn and broken components (gears, bearings, belts, seals, drive shafts), and reassemble systems.
- Calibration & Alignment: Calibrate, level, align, and test machinery to maintain precise production tolerances, safety compliance, and optimal efficiency.
- Emergency Response: Provide quick technical support during active production runs to minimize machine downtime and operational delays.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas in accordance with GMP and sanitation protocols, including cleanroom standards when applicable.
- Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues related to liquid filling machinery or other mechanical systems to ensure continuous operation. Skills
- Proven experience operating liquid filling machinery within a pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical knowledge of industrial equipment, including troubleshooting complex machinery issues efficiently.

- Ability to interpret production documents such as batch records, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong understanding of materials handling equipment operation including forklifts and pallet jacks; certification prefer
- Basic math skills for measurements, adjustments, and quality checks during production runs.
- Knowledge of machining or industrial equipment maintenance practices is a plus.
- Commitment to safety protocols including proper sanitation practices, PPE use, and hazard reporting.
- Warehouse experience with inventory management or material handling is advantageous.
