Life Insurance Brokerage Case Manager
Onsite – Shakopee, MN | $60,000–$65,000 performance bonus

What You’ll Own
- Primary ownership of life cases from submission through policy issue
- Liaison between advisors, underwriters, and carriers—anticipate issues and negotiate solutions
- Review applications, order and track APS/exams, and resolve outstanding requirements
- Proactive status communication (internal and external) to keep everyone aligned
- Maintain compliance with carrier and regulatory standards while improving process flow
What You Bring
- Direct experience in life insurance case management or underwriting (required)
- Working knowledge of life products, underwriting terminology, and carrier processes
- Precision, urgency, and strong written/verbal communication
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, deadline‑driven workload
- Associate degree required; industry credentials (FLMI, ALU, CLU, ChFC) are a plus
