Herring House Trust is a local charity providing accommodation and support for people experiencing homelessness.
We’re looking for people who are good at building relationships and understand what trauma-informed support means in practice – taking time to get to know people, understand what matters to them and work alongside them.

We’re a small organisation where people work closely together and your experience and ideas are valued. Learning and reflective practice are part of how we work, giving staff space to share ideas and think about their work together.
We also value life outside work and have designed these roles with working patterns that give people proper time away.
Work across HHT accommodation and the community, supporting people to sustain their homes and move towards greater independence.
