The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our digital marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams, especially pertaining to social media and content creation. You must have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills, digital expertise and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan, location, clientele, and brand identity
- Utilize social media and content creation to build brand awareness, promote services, and create engagement
- Coordinate with marketing team to carry out activities, including events and promotions to generate lead
- Collaborate with other teams, including Sales and Customer Service to promote events, marketing efforts, and offering
- Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
- Take creative control and management of campaigns, designs, and digital marketing effort
- Track performance of all marketing campaign
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years' experience in marketing and management
- Ability to multi-task, collaborate, think creatively, and balance priorities
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
