Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SailPoint ISC Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ. The candidate will act as an IAM Subject Matter Expert, leading design, implementation, governance, integrations, and certification campaigns across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) and IdentityIQ solutions
• Lead application onboarding, access certifications, RBAC, and governance models
• Develop and customize workflows, rules, reports, and custom connectors using Java/JEE
• Perform SailPoint integrations with HRMS, AD, Azure AD, Oracle EBS, SAP, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems
• Participate in architectural reviews and IAM solution design
• Manage IdentityIQ certification campaigns and compliance initiatives
• Gather requirements, perform attribute mappings, and execute integration testing
• Support installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of SailPoint platforms

Required Skills

• 3 years of SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) – Design, Implementation & Governance
• 3 years of SailPoint IdentityIQ (hands-on, architect-level)
• Strong Java/JEE development experience
• IAM protocols: SAML, OAuth, ADFS, Kerberos, NTLM
• Directory services: LDAP, Active Directory, PostgreSQL
• Integrations: JDBC, AD, Exchange, SAP, ERP, HRMS
• Experience with RBAC and ITSM workflows
• Familiarity with Okta, Oracle IAM, RSA, CA
• Web/App servers: Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss

Nice to Have

• Experience with SOAP, SPML, XML, Web Services
• Exposure to enterprise systems like Workday, PeopleSoft, ADP, Remedy
