Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced SailPoint ISC Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ. The candidate will act as an IAM Subject Matter Expert, leading design, implementation, governance, integrations, and certification campaigns across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and administer SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) and IdentityIQ solutions
- Lead application onboarding, access certifications, RBAC, and governance models
- Develop and customize workflows, rules, reports, and custom connectors using Java/JEE
- Perform SailPoint integrations with HRMS, AD, Azure AD, Oracle EBS, SAP, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems
- Participate in architectural reviews and IAM solution design
- Manage IdentityIQ certification campaigns and compliance initiatives
- Gather requirements, perform attribute mappings, and execute integration testing
- Support installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of SailPoint platforms
Required Skills
- 3 years of SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) – Design, Implementation & Governance
- 3 years of SailPoint IdentityIQ (hands-on, architect-level)
- Strong Java/JEE development experience
- IAM protocols: SAML, OAuth, ADFS, Kerberos, NTLM
- Directory services: LDAP, Active Directory, PostgreSQL
- Integrations: JDBC, AD, Exchange, SAP, ERP, HRMS
- Experience with RBAC and ITSM workflows
- Familiarity with Okta, Oracle IAM, RSA, CA
- Web/App servers: Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss
Nice to Have
- Experience with SOAP, SPML, XML, Web Services
- Exposure to enterprise systems like Workday, PeopleSoft, ADP, Remedy
