Job Summary
The Project Manager (PM) will provide end-to-end Supply Chain leadership and execution support within a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to drive product change initiatives and ensure successful implementation across the supply chain ecosystem.
This role requires strong coordination between Supply Chain teams and cross-functional business partners to deliver projects aligned with business goals, operational readiness, cost objectives, and speed-to-market expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain execution for product change initiatives
- Serve as the primary Supply Chain representative within cross-functional project teams
- Develop supply chain execution strategies aligned with project timelines, start-of-ship goals, cost targets, and risk mitigation
- Drive successful activation of projects through production launch and technical transfer
- Coordinate communication and alignment across Supply Chain functions and manufacturing sites
- Support supply chain feasibility assessments for new initiatives
- Ensure smooth start of production/start of ship for new launches and promotions
- Manage supply chain implementation activities and project execution
- Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Integration teams to align priorities and resource utilization
- Promote best practices, effective team dynamics, and cross-functional collaboration
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- B.S. in Engineering or related technical field preferred
- MBA preferred
- Consumer products / manufacturing industry experience is a plus
