What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Administrative Assistant - Scanner position at CBIZ?
Essential Functions and Primary DutiesThe temporary scanning position will primarily consist of converting paper to scanned images.You will need to perform quality analysis of the images to ensure accuracy and completeness, readability, correct indexing, proper orientation, and accessibility.There will also be other administrative tasks which may include greeting clients, opening, distributing, and posting of mail, as well as filing.Preferred QualificationsMust be punctual, reliable, and able to work well independently and within a team.
