Essential Functions And Primary Duties
- Assisting with risk related reporting, analysis, and special projects
- Assisting with documentation and review of risk management policies and procedures
- Supporting internal risk assessments and compliance monitoring activities
- Conducting research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Maintaining risk and compliance documentation
- Currently pursuing a degree in Risk Management, Business, Compliance, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field associated with the CBIZ business models; with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 preferred
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Active participation in student organizations and work experience in related field a plus, but not required
Minimum Qualifications
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
- Ability to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in a results driven team oriented environment
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong computer and technical skills including, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, intranet and audit software
