Essential Functions And Primary Duties
- Conduct high-volume phone screens and structured interviews; assess against calibrated, job-related criteria.
- Provide timely candidate communication at every stage; ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
- Build and nurture talent communities/referral networks; engage past applicants for new openings.
- Collaborate with HR and Hiring Managers on headcount plans, schedules, and start date coordination.
- Proven ability to manage a large req load (e.g., 20-40 open reqs concurrently).
- Ability to build and refresh pipelines in multiple markets/locations.
- High-volume phone screening and structured interviewing skills.
- Daily use of an ATS with strong data integrity and candidate movement discipline.
- Ability to set/meet SLAs, prioritize across locations and influence partners to keep processes moving.
- Experience standardizing workflows, optimizing job postings, and removing bottlenecks to improve speed and quality.
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
- IT recruiting experience is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience preferred or High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of recruiting experience
- Working knowledge of the public accounting or a professional services firm is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
