- Design an array of marketing collateral including, but not limited to, brochures, presentations, ads, social media campaigns, publications, tradeshow displays, posters, invitations, event materials, and other client-facing materials
- Create impactful PowerPoints for in-person and virtual presentations
- Ensure a consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports the CBIZ brand/identity
- Oversee projects from conception to completion, and act as liaison to external vendors to ensure timely and accurate production while minimizing costs
- Design visually appealing infographics for print, interactive media, and web
- Working collaboratively with other designers and other teams within Marketing
- Utilize self-serve template software to create collateral templates for non-designers
- Work with Managing Directors, professional staff, and the creative team by providing best practices in design standards and determining the best approach to achieve objectives
- Independently manage ongoing design projects while prioritizing time-sensitive requests
- Be up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
- Be proactive and productive in a hybrid work environment
- BA/BS in Graphic Design/Art/Web design/Marketing or related field
- 3 years of graphic design experience
- Present a strong creative portfolio demonstrating good use of typography, photography, white space, and color
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
