Temporary Experienced Fleet Dispatcher

CBIZ Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Dispatcher for a fleet specializing in automobile transportation. This role supports the coordination of high-end transportation rigs, including enclosed multi-car carriers, ensuring efficient routing, scheduling, and on-time delivery within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

·  Coordinate and dispatch fleet operations for automobile transport, including scheduling drivers and assigning routes for enclosed multi-car carriers.

·  Monitor daily activity and adjust schedules as needed to maintain delivery timelines.

·  Communicate with drivers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues or delays.

·  Maintain accurate dispatch records, track shipments, and support overall logistics efficiency.

Qualifications

·  Prior experience dispatching fleet operations, preferably in automobile transportation.

·  Strong knowledge of routing, scheduling, and logistics coordination.

·  Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

·  Excellent communication and organizational skills.

·  Professional, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a high level of service.

Compensation is between $30/hour.
