CBIZ Talent Solutions is assisting their valued client in Philadelphia, PA with their search for a Marketing PM Contractor.
Hours: 20-30 a week
Schedule: Hybrid
Duration: Minimum 45 days
Seeking a senior Marketing Project Manager to support the CoE PM team with campaign execution and project tracking, primarily within Asana.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Asana dashboards
- Set up and manage campaign boards
- Capture and track deliverables from campaign kickoff meetings
- Ensure marketing data, content, and calendars are accurate and current
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to drive alignment
Must-Have Qualifications
- 8–10 years of Marketing PM experience
- Recent Professional Services industry experience (required)
- Strong proficiency in Asana, SharePoint, and MS Office
- Excellent organization and stakeholder management skills
Compensation: $50hr-$70hr, based upon experience.
