CBIZ Talent Solutions is seeking a temp to hire Customer Service Representative for our Suffolk County client. Responsibilities
- Full cycle account management
- Verbal and/or written response to client inquiries, issues and concerns
- Problem Solving and conflict resolution; basic troubleshooting
- Sales order entry and follow up
- Understand products sold and what can be purchased to solve the clients issues
- Work independently within a team environment.
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent diploma
- 2 years of customer service/account management and office experience; order entry experience is a plus.
- Must be computer savvy with basic Excel skills; Salesforce or similar CRM system experience is a tremendous plus
- Willing to invest time in learning a complex customer service position
Hourly rate: $21-23 per hour during temporary period.
