Accounts Receivable Analyst | B2B Collections
CBIZ Talent Solutions is assisting their valued client in the West Babylon, NY area in their search for an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a collaborative, fast-paced accounting team. This role focuses on high-volume B2B collections, cash applications, account reconciliation, and aging reports.
What You’ll Do
- Follow up on past-due commercial accounts
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing or payment issues
- Apply ACH, check, and wire payments
- Maintain customer records and prepare AR reports
- Partner with customers and internal teams
What You’ll Bring
- 5 years of commercial collections or accounts receivable experience
- Strong B2B collections, reconciliation, and cash application skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- NetSuite experience is a plus
Schedule: 100% Onsite
Compensation: $70K-$80K
