Position SummaryThe Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations of the company. This position manages the accounting team, supports the month-end close and reporting process, The Accounting Manager will oversee royalty accounting specific to the entertainment industry. ResponsibilitiesAccounting Operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Prepare financial reports.Oversee royalty accounting processesBudgeting, Forecasts, Analysis & ReportingSupervise, train, and mentor accounting staff. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or management role.Experience in the music, entertainment, or media industry is strongly preferred.Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., MS Business Central, Navission)Strong Excel skills Salary range, DOE: $100-$130K.
