CBI Midwest is expanding in Indianapolis and looking for a Junior Marketing Representative to join our team. You'll work directly with customers on live client campaigns while building practical experience in marketing, communication, and customer acquisition.
No two days are exactly the same, but you can expect to:
- Connect with customers face-to-face and represent client campaigns
- Explain products, services, and campaign information clearly
- Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
- Work toward individual and team acquisition goals
- Learn from regular coaching, feedback, and hands-on training
- Take on more responsibility as your skills develop
