Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team on-site in Peoria, IL. In this dynamic role, you will work to build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, address their financial needs, and identify opportunities for growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, providing tailored cash management solutions, conducting financial analyses, and driving client satisfaction through superior service. You will collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver comprehensive financial services and contribute to the overall growth of the bank.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and the ability to build and maintain client portfolios
- Experience in Cash Management with knowledge of business banking solutions and tools
- Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating financial statements and identifying client needs
- Competence in Finance and Financial Services, including understanding banking regulations and credit analysis
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
- Prior experience in a commercial banking or financial services environment is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Peoria, Illinois
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
