Currently, we are looking for a reliable, trustworthy apartment maintenance supervisor that is willing to maintain all aspects of our community's operations and objectives.
Job Duties:
- Day to day maintenance operations of assigned community (including but not limited to): work orders, unit turns, curb appeal, preventative maintenance, preventive maintenance, vendor and inventory management.
- Prepare Vacant Units for Move in. Responsible for the prompt and efficient preparation of vacant units for occupancy and completion of service repairs.
- Perform Repairs and Maintenance to apartments, common areas, amenities, and grounds.
- Perform Exterior Maintenance. Perform daily trash collection, exterior light checks, landscape maintenance, custodial work, snow removal and AM/PM lock-up of amenities as needed.
- Compliant with all company standards and the employee handbook.
- Current on applicable laws.
- Ensures all inventory controls are in compliance with company standards.
- Works with the Community Manager as directed.
- Operates under the safety and operating standards as set forth by the company.
- Has the ability to work flexible hours and take on-call duty when necessary.
- Positive Attitude and Appearance - Maintain a positive attitude, professional appearance and courteous disposition at all times.
- Communication - Promptly report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding residents, personnel or the community to the Community Manager.
- Great Customer Service- maintains the highest level of customer service with all prospects, residents, vendors and co-workers.
