Key Responsibilities:
Managing CBH CRM - Salesforce
- Ensuring website to CRM communication is working properly
- Assisting Marketing & Sales Team with Salesforce Operations
- Weekly/monthly reporting
- Assisting with 3rd party integrations and connections
- Handling website edits
- Overseeing and Communicating with our Advertising Agency website changes
- Monthly Reporting
- Overseeing customer experience website tools including chatbot and floorplan tools.
- Monthly Reporting on 3rd Party Advertising Results
- Ensuring HTML Feeds are connected, showing correct information and running
- Auditing Leads into CRM
- Implementing and researching AI Strategies to improve processes
Proven experience in handling various marketing software tools.
