Bookkeeper
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing general ledger entries, billing, coding entry, and maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities- Process billing and coding entries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Use accounting software to record and reconcile financial transactions.
- Prepare and organize financial documents and filing systems.
- Generate reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer-oriented financial processes.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger management and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with accounting software and billing systems.
- Excellent organizational and filing skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
