Responsibilities
Provides crisis intervention services to assigned consumers
Performs crisis intervention, clinical assessments, risk assessments, diagnosis and intakes
Develops effective service plans and provides consumer with the appropriate referrals to any required services
Manages consumer caseload and ensures all clinical and administrative documentation adheres to the program’s standards
Provides direct assistance and clinical support to consumers
Collaborates with treatment team and performs on call duties on a rotating basis
Qualifications
MSW in social work, MA in psychology, or related field
Previous experience with the SPMI population
Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of New Jersey
Valid Driver’s License
Bilingual a plus

$55,000 - $57,000 annual salary
