What We Offer
$24.00 - $26.00 hourly
- Provides crisis intervention services to assigned consumers
- Performs crisis intervention, clinical assessments, risk assessments, diagnosis and intakes
- Develops effective service plans and provides consumer with the appropriate referrals to any required services
- Manages consumer caseload and ensures all clinical and administrative documentation adheres to the program’s standards
- Provides direct assistance and clinical support to consumers
- Collaborates with prescribers and case managers
- MSW with a NJ Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or MA in Psychology with a NJ Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
- Experience in mental health/human services required
- Valid Driver’s License
