Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4pm
What We Offer
- Promotes recovery by coordinating pre-vocational services needed for consumers in Adult Partial Care program
- Facilitates vocational, skill development and therapeutic groups
- Functions as a liaison to outside agencies such as Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Friendship House, Workforce Development, Supportive Employment and employee within the community
- Provide case management and collaborate in the development of individual recovery plans with consumers assigned to caseload
- Functions as team member: communicating concerns, covering co-workers duties, including van driver
- BA in Psychology or related human service field
- One year of experience working with adults with chronic and severe mental illness
- Valid Driver’s License
